Acai berries are some of the most popular health and fitness supplements in the world today.  If you want to try acai berry supplements, you have tons of options including free trials, free extra bottles when you buy a package, and normal sales.  If you happen to live north of the US border, it can seem like these deals are hard to come by, but there are still great acai berry Canada promotions if you know where to look.
Acai berries are high in antioxidants which is why they are so popular as a health supplement.  Antioxidants help you neutralize free radicals inside your body.  This prevents the free radicals from damaging your cells and potentially causing all kinds of health issues.  There are numerous scientific studies that show how beneficial supplementing your diet with antioxidants can be.

The video on the right is a fun explaination of free radicals and antioxidants.  It references strawberries being a good source of antioxidants.  While this is true, acai berries have about 7 times the amount of antioxdants as strawberries which is why they are so popular.
